Seawool fiber is a new environmentally friendly material made by composite preparation of recycled polyester and oyster shells. Oyster shells are a high-value utilization of seafood industry waste (with a global annual output of about 7 million tons), containing calcium carbonate and trace amounts of chitin, providing natural antibacterial and mineral supplement functions. Recycled polyester (RPET): sourced from discarded plastic bottles, reduces oil resource consumption, minimizes marine pollution, and aligns with the trend of circular economy.
